About Natalie Wilson & The Flamingo Clinic

I'm Natalie, and I've been a nurse for more than 25 years. My career has taken me through A&E, neonatal and paediatric units and community care, both here in the UK and in Australia — experience that taught me to listen carefully, assess thoroughly and never rush a decision about someone's health.

Five years ago I moved into aesthetics, bringing that same clinical discipline with me. Being a nurse prescriber means I can assess, prescribe and treat with a full understanding of your medical history, not just the surface of your skin.

I have a particular interest in perimenopausal and menopausal skin concerns — laxity, dryness and the reduction in collagen and elastin that so often arrives alongside hormonal change. That said, I welcome clients of all ages and genders, and my focus is always the long-term health of the skin on your face and neck rather than a quick fix.
