The terms that apply when you use our website, book a consultation or receive treatment at The Flamingo Clinic.

1. About us
The Flamingo Clinic is a medical aesthetics clinic based at 50 Hawkins Crescent, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 6TP. Treatments are delivered by Natalie Wilson, a registered nurse prescriber.
2. Medical consultations
All treatments require a face-to-face consultation and medical assessment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe for you. Prescription-only medicines can only be supplied following a consultation with our nurse prescriber.
3. Appointments, deposits and cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and missed appointments may forfeit the deposit. Full details are provided at booking and in our Delivery & Returns policy.
4. Results and expectations
Individual results vary. We will discuss realistic outcomes, risks, downtime and alternatives during your consultation. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or a guarantee of results.
5. Website use
The content of this website is for general information only. You may not copy, reproduce or republish material without our written permission. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site and submitting an enquiry, you consent to the processing described there.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please follow our Complaints Procedure. We take all concerns seriously and aim to respond promptly.
