1. About us

The Flamingo Clinic is a medical aesthetics clinic based at 50 Hawkins Crescent, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 6TP, led by Natalie Wilson, a registered nurse prescriber.

2. Appointments and bookings

• Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system, by telephone or by email.
• A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments; it is redeemed against the cost of your treatment.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

3. Deposits, cancellations and rescheduling

• A £50 deposit secures most treatment appointments and is redeemed against the cost of your treatment on the day.
• Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so the appointment can be offered to someone else.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the deposit.
• Appointments may be rescheduled once free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.
• If we need to change your appointment, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund of your deposit.

4. Consultation, consent and suitability

• All treatments require a consultation and written informed consent.
• We may decline to treat where it would not be clinically appropriate, safe or in your best interests.
• You must disclose your full medical history, medications and allergies. Failure to do so may affect your safety and results.
• Clients must be 18 or over for aesthetic treatments. Photographic ID may be requested.

5. Results and aftercare

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Aftercare instructions form part of your treatment; failure to follow them may affect your outcome. Review appointments are offered where clinically appropriate.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of treatment or at the point of order. Course fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable to other individuals.

7. Products, delivery and returns

Product orders are subject to our Delivery & Returns policy. Prescription-only items are supplied only after appropriate clinical assessment.

8. Weight loss programme

Participation is subject to a medical assessment. Prescription medication is provided only where clinically appropriate and may be discontinued at the prescriber's discretion. Fees paid for consultations and dispensed medication are non-refundable.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the treatment or product supplied. We are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide or from failure to follow aftercare advice.

10. Privacy and complaints

Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Concerns are handled under our complaints procedure.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
